Bread
That´s what we do, we are a rural small-scale bakery who draw inspiration from the long traditions of bread making. We work with natural leaven whenever we consider it to yield the best results, but mostly, we work for the flavour and joy of the baked goods. We work by hand, at a human scale and make everything from scratch.
